Looking for your own little slice of Colorado mountain living? Welcome to 83 Tre Drive, located in River's Edge RV Resort, a desirable 55+ park model community in the heart of South Fork! This attractive, tree-lined gravel lot offers a wonderful setting for your mountain retreat. With water and sewer hookups already in place, a storage shed for your outdoor gear, and a paver patio area perfect for relaxing or entertaining, much of the groundwork has already been done. A rustic two-rail wood fence borders three sides of the property, adding to its Colorado mountain charm. And don't be surprised if you spot a wise old buck bedding down between the properties during hunting season. Apparently, even the local wildlife knows where to find a peaceful retreat away from the hunters! Established in 1992, River's Edge and neighboring Mountain Views RV Resorts were created for those who appreciate the beauty and adventure of the Colorado mountains. Converted to resident ownership in the late 1990s, these communities are thoughtfully maintained through their respective property owners associations, helping preserve their attractive surroundings and welcoming mountain atmosphere. Bring your park model and enjoy the laid-back lifestyle that makes South Fork so special! Spend your days fishing the Rio Grande, exploring mountain trails, skiing at Wolf Creek, or enjoying nearby restaurants and shops. With beautiful scenery, four distinct seasons, and outdoor recreation in every direction, there's always something to look forward to. **Less maintenance, more mountain adventures!** Whether you're looking for a seasonal escape or a comfortable mountain home base, 83 Tre Drive offers an inviting opportunity to enjoy the best of South Fork without the upkeep of a larger property. Come take a look! The deer may have already claimed their favorite resting spot, but there's still room for you!
